We are looking for fresh graduates or postgraduates who not just love science but also like to enable teachers and schools to implement our science experiential learning program. As a 'Program Manager' your job would be to learn, understand and master the hands-on science activities we have developed and ensure that these activities are implemented effectively in schools across India.
As a PM your responsibilities will be:
Teacher Training: Conduct effective teacher training program to enable the teachers of partner the schools to effectively carry out activities in the classroom
Coordination: Coordinate with all the internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of classroom activities in all the partner schools
Program Implementation: Design, create, implement necessary operations process to ensure error free implementation of YELP program in partner schools
Relationship Development: Build and maintain a healthy relationship with the all the stakeholders at the partner schools
Support Visits: Visit partner schools from time to time in order to support program implementation.
Parent Orientation: Conduct effective parent orientations for the YELP program
Mapping: Assist, coordinate, guide, support the sales team/clients in successfully identifying the suitable activities covering desired concepts by the client in their yearly curriculum
Product Demo: Conduct effective product demos in online or physical mode for a sales opportunity generated by sales team
Miscellaneous Support: Support the partner schools on any specific requirement throughout the year either agreed in SLA or on approval from CLO
Important: Willing to travel 20 days in a month during the peak seasons by bus or train.

Minimum qualification required is Bachelors in Science/Engineering with proficiency in Science subjects/ Math/ IT.
Experience as a Teacher/ Facilitator/ Project coordinator would be preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Having sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive Tools
Organizational skills and an ability to be able to set priorities, plan timelines and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and proactively, without support staff and with no supervision
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
Ability to empathize with others and habit of working towards a solution
Open mindedness to the ideas, curiosity to pursue alternative perspectives and willingness to challenge one’s own belief in the light of evidence
Ability to rightly balance process and result orientation
