As a 'Program Manager' your job would be to learn, understand and master the hands-on science activities we have developed and ensure that these activities are implemented effectively in schools across India. 

Roles and Responsibilities

As a PM your responsibilities will be:

• Teacher Training: Conduct effective teacher training program to enable the teachers of partner the schools to effectively carry out activities in the classroom

• Coordination: Coordinate with all the internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of classroom activities in all the partner schools

• Program Implementation: Design, create, implement necessary operations process to ensure error free implementation of YELP program in partner schools

• Relationship Development: Build and maintain a healthy relationship with the all the stakeholders at the partner schools

• Support Visits: Visit partner schools from time to time in order to support program implementation.

• Parent Orientation: Conduct effective parent orientations for the YELP program

• Mapping: Assist, coordinate, guide, support the sales team/clients in successfully identifying the suitable activities covering desired concepts by the client in their yearly curriculum

• Product Demo: Conduct effective product demos in online or physical mode for a sales opportunity generated by sales team

• Miscellaneous Support: Support the partner schools on any specific requirement throughout the year either agreed in SLA or on approval from CLO

Important: Willing to travel 20 days in a month during the peak seasons by bus or train.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

• Minimum qualification required is Bachelors in Science/Engineering with proficiency in Science subjects/ Math/ IT.

• Experience as a Teacher/ Facilitator/ Project coordinator would be preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Having sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive Tools

• Organizational skills and an ability to be able to set priorities, plan timelines and meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently and proactively, without support staff and with no supervision

• Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
