Job Summary

We're seeking an enthusiastic and committed full-time Python Trainer to join our Vandalur team. The successful candidate will possess strong Python programming expertise, exceptional teaching abilities, and passion for student mentorship. Experience with Machine Learning and AI will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging in-person Python training sessions (beginner through advanced) to diverse learners

• Create and refine curriculum content, presentations, and hands-on exercises

• Support student learning through dedicated doubt-clearing sessions and personalized mentoring

• Assess student progress via various evaluation methods including projects and assignments

• Work collaboratively with content and academic teams to enhance training quality

• Maintain current knowledge of Python advancements and related technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated Python programming proficiency, including:

  • Core concepts (data types, control structures, functions, modules)

  • Advanced topics (OOP, file handling, error handling)

  • Key libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib)

• Practical experience developing Python applications or scripts

• Previous training, teaching, or mentoring experience (preferred)

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Machine Learning and AI concepts, with experience using frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch

• Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Google Colab, or similar environments

• Knowledge of Git, GitHub, and collaborative development workflows

• Background in curriculum development and e-learning platforms
