Job Description: Aircraft Maintenance Team – GA Terminal, Kalina, Mumbai (MRO/Airline)

Open Positions:

1️⃣ Parts Person (1 Position) – Aircraft Spare Parts & Inventory Management
2️⃣ Aircraft Technicians (4 Positions) – Hangar Maintenance & Repairs
3️⃣ Maintenance Planner (1 Position) – Planning & Coordination of Aircraft Servicing

Location: GA Terminal, Kalina, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time / Shift-Based

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in aviation maintenance

1️⃣ Parts Person – Aircraft Spare Parts & Inventory Management

Key Responsibilities:

🛠 Aircraft Spare Parts Management: Handle inventory, stocking, and issuing of aircraft components.
📋 Procurement & Documentation: Maintain records of part usage, stock levels, and procurement orders.
✅ Quality Control: Ensure parts meet safety & regulatory standards before issuance.
🚚 Coordination: Work with technicians & engineers to source and deliver required aircraft parts efficiently.
📦 Storage & Handling: Properly store, label, and track parts using inventory management software.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Experience: Minimum 2 years in aircraft parts inventory management.
✔ Knowledge: Familiarity with aircraft components, parts catalogs, and maintenance manuals.
✔ Skills: Ability to use inventory software, procurement tools, and warehouse management systems.
✔ Attention to Detail: Strong record-keeping & stock tracking abilities.

2️⃣ Aircraft Technicians (4 Positions) – Hangar Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

✈ Aircraft Servicing & Repairs: Perform scheduled & unscheduled maintenance on aircraft.
🔍 Troubleshooting & Inspections: Identify and rectify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
🛠 Component Replacements: Assist in engine servicing, avionics checks, landing gear maintenance.
📑 Technical Documentation: Maintain servicing logs & work orders.
⚙ Use of Tools & Equipment: Operate diagnostic instruments & maintenance tools safely.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Experience: Minimum 2 years in aircraft maintenance (MRO/Airline).
✔ Aircraft Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier (Challenger), Gulfstream, ATR, or similar aircraft.
✔ Technical Skills: Ability to work with aircraft schematics, tools, and servicing procedures.
✔ Work Conditions: Comfortable with shift-based & on-call duties.

3️⃣ Maintenance Planner (1 Position) – Aircraft Servicing & Scheduling

Key Responsibilities:

📅 Aircraft Maintenance Scheduling: Plan & coordinate routine & emergency aircraft maintenance.
📝 Work Order Management: Track aircraft servicing timelines, work completion, and spare parts availability.
🛠 Coordination with Technicians & Parts Department: Ensure smooth workflow between teams.
📊 Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of aircraft service history & upcoming inspections.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Experience: Minimum 2 years in aircraft maintenance planning or MRO operations.
✔ Software Knowledge: Experience with maintenance planning tools (AMOS, TRAX, CAMP, etc.).
✔ Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple aircraft maintenance schedules.
✔ Communication: Good coordination with technicians, engineers, and inventory teams.
