● As a Home Test Ride Executive at our Retail store, you will play a vital role in providing customers with the opportunity to experience electric vehicles firsthand in the comfort of their homes or/and at the experience center.

● Coordinate and schedule home test rides for customers interested in experiencing River Indie ● Conduct informative and engaging test rides, highlighting the features, performance, and advantages of Indie.

● Provide detailed information about pricing, financing options, government incentives, and delivery timelines during the test ride.

● Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback during the test ride, striving to exceed their expectations.

● Maintain accurate records of test ride appointments, customer feedback, and follow-up activities using CRM software.

● Collaborate with the sales team to assist customers in placing bookings or finalizing vehicle purchases after the test ride. ● Participate in micro-market activations (Events at malls, apartments, etc.)
