Chemical Engineer - STP

We are looking for a candidate who have an experience in Trouble shooting of sewage and waste water treatment plants. Good knowledge in analysis of varies chemicals &Microbiological parameters in water and waste water. Good knowledge in activated sludge process. Male Candidate is preferred and Immediate joiner.

• Independently maintain and manage the entire STP operation.

• Monitor, control, and troubleshoot Activated Sludge Process (ASP) and Anaerobic Sludge Digestion.

• Oversee Bio Scrubber process and troubleshoot air treatment issues.

• Analyze sludge, biogas, and key water parameters (BOD, COD, pH, turbidity, conductivity, etc.).

• Perform daily monitoring of process parameters and provide necessary assistance.

• Conduct weekly training sessions for staff on STP processes and safety.

• Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams for plant maintenance.

• Prepare and submit monthly reports, interacting with clients regularly.

• Plan manpower allocation, material forecasting, stock analysis, and procurement.

• Implement HSE monitoring, documentation, and compliance.

• Take preventive and corrective actions for process optimization and failure reduction.

• Skilled in using lab instruments (Spectrophotometer, BOD, COD, pH Meter, Turbidity Meter, etc.) for water quality analysis.

• Troubleshoot aerobic and anaerobic processes, including chlorination.
