Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct NDT on reinforced concrete structures using techniques like ultrasonic testing (UT), rebound hammer testing, half-cell potential mapping, and cover meter testing.
• Analyze test results to detect defects, corrosion, and abnormalities in RCC structures.
• Prepare detailed reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and remedial measures.
• Operate and maintain specialized NDT equipment in compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop repair strategies.
• Address client concerns, deliver high-quality services, and offer expert advice on structural durability.
• Assist in business development through meetings, proposals, and presentations.
• Stay updated on emerging NDT technologies and participate in training programs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during NDT activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
•
ASNT Level II or III certification in NDT techniques (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
• Knowledge of ultrasonic testing, rebound hammer, half-cell mapping, and cover meter testing techniques.
• Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and NABL accreditation procedures is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
