• Visit customer sites for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of products/equipment

• Provide technical support and service to clients in the field

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for clients

• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or upgrades

• Maintain detailed records of services provided and issues resolved

• Ensure proper maintenance of tools, devices, and technical documentation

• Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams (Sales, R&D, Support)

• Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior technical staff
