Job Description

Install parts and equipments of different brands
Operate heavy machinery and repair home appliances like TVs and other technical work

1. Plan and Organize Preventive Maintenance: Ensure regular maintenance of all plant equipment to prevent breakdowns.
2. Know Plant Machinery: Have knowledge of filling machines (linear and rotary), compressors, lifts, and both 3-phase and single-phase motors.
3. Coordinate with Production Teams: Work closely with the production department to schedule and manage maintenance activities.
4. Daily Reporting: Track and report all maintenance activities in Excel sheets.
5. Follow Quality Standards: Ensure maintenance work meets all required quality control standards.
6. Schedule Repairs and Routine Maintenance: Organize regular maintenance and repairs of production and plant machines based on an approved schedule.
7. Electrical and Plumbing Knowledge: Understand basic electrical and plumbing systems to perform necessary maintenance.
8. Maintain Plant Equipment: Keep all plant assets in good working condition, following manufacturer standards.
9. Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and TPM: Apply principles like 5S (workplace organization), Kaizen (continuous improvement), and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) in your work.
10. Manage Spare Parts: Keep track of and manage spare parts needed for maintenance.
