KnowledgeofSolarinstallationProcessforResidentialProjectandC& IProjects.● EnsuretheprojectworkareexecutedandcheckedinaccordancewithQualityControland Safety Process. ● Conduct Induction Training and Awareness program for workmen &, Staff. ● PreparationofQualityobservationreportinresidentialProjectsandC& IProjects ● On-site Safety/Quality inspection with all technical aspects of Projects. ● Provide records toI& Cteam for Safety and Quality inspection ● Follow-up and updating closure reports. ● Carrying out Safety and Quality audits within City and within State. ● Electrical Hazard & Risk Understanding ● Communicate with O&M and Execution team. ● Regularly inspect equipment. ● RCA of near miss cases, Skills required for identification ● Solar Product inspection is Advantage. ● Maintain, Publish, track all QHSE related report
