Job Title: Reverse Osmosis (RO) Technician
Job Summary:
The RO Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing reverse osmosis water filtration systems. The role involves ensuring system efficiency, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation: Install and set up RO systems in residential, commercial, and industrial locations.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Perform regular maintenance, replace parts, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Customer Service: Educate clients on system usage and upkeep, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow safety standards and ensure systems meet regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma (or equivalent); technical certification preferred.
• Experience with RO systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with clients.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and work flexible hours.
• Must have a 2-wheeler and a valid driving license.
Salary : 18K to 20K + Incentives
