Service advisor

Position Overview:

As a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service, efficient vehicle maintenance, and smooth operations within the service department. You will act as a liaison between customers and service technicians, assisting with vehicle intake, and communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

·         Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the service center.

·         Listen attentively to customers' vehicle concerns and service requirements.

·         Provide information about available services, maintenance packages, and estimated service timelines.

·         Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide updates on the service progress.

Vehicle Intake and Documentation:

·         Assist customers with completing service request forms, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information.

·         Document customer vehicle details, including make, model, year, mileage, and service history.

·         Ensure proper documentation of customer concerns and specific issues related to the vehicle.
