Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Prepress Supervisor located in Surat. The Prepress Supervisor will be responsible for plate making, printing coordination, pre-press operations and graphics management on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Review incoming files for errors, compatibility, and print readiness.

Implement preflight checks to detect errors in fonts, image resolution, and layout.

Manage digital assets and organize artwork files for easy retrieval.

Work with clients to resolve artwork issues and ensure print-ready files.

Monitor job progress and coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth transitions from design to print.

Develop and implement efficient prepress workflows to improve productivity.

Identify new technologies and upgrades to enhance prepress efficiency.

Qualifications

·        Basic knowledge of computer & designing in Coreldraw.

·        Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

·        Ability to adapt technology easily.
