Technician

We are seeking an experienced Active LED Wall Technician to install, maintain, and repair LED video walls. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights.

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Installation: Install Active LED walls, ensuring proper mounting, alignment, and connectivity.

2.⁠ ⁠Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, software updates, and troubleshooting.

3.⁠ ⁠Repair: Diagnose and repair faulty LED panels, power supplies, and other components.

4.⁠ ⁠Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure optimal image quality, brightness, and color accuracy.

5.⁠ ⁠Safety: Adhere to safety protocols when working at heights, with electrical systems, and in confined spaces.

6.⁠ ⁠Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.

7.⁠ ⁠Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and project management.

8.⁠ ⁠Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues remotely or on-site, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.

Requirements

1.⁠ ⁠Technical Skills: Proficiency in LED display technology, electronics, and networking protocols.

2.⁠ ⁠Experience: 2+ years of experience in LED display installation, maintenance, and repair.

3.⁠ ⁠Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications, such as AVIXA CTS or LED display manufacturer certifications.

4.⁠ ⁠Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and navigate confined spaces.

5.⁠ ⁠Communication: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1.⁠ ⁠Programming Skills: Should have basic computer knowledge

2.⁠ ⁠Network Administration: Knowledge of network administration and configuration.

3.⁠ ⁠Project Management: Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
