Technician

Mechanical or Electrical stream)  Lift Maintenance Technician with the expertise to provide technical support for elevators, including troubleshooting breakdowns, conducting regular servicing, and ensuring optimal performance. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on elevators to ensure safe and reliable operation.

• Diagnose and resolve elevator malfunctions, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues.

• Conduct thorough inspections and testing of elevator systems to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.

• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency situations to minimize downtime and inconvenience to clients.

• Utilize technical manuals, diagrams, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex elevator issues.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize repairs.

• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports, and parts inventory.

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal staff regarding elevator operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
