• Leadership: Oversee all aspects of civil maintenance and construction, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

• Team Management: Lead a diverse team of in-house civil supervisors, equipment maintenance associates, electricians, carpenters, and contractors.

• Cost & Budget Control: Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency and resource optimization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong overseeing ability for all civil and construction-related tasks.

• Proven experience in managing heavy equipment maintenance.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Compensation:

• Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
