Overview: We are seeking a skilled CCTV Technician to join our team and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CCTV technology, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring the security systems operate effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Install CCTV systems in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks for CCTV systems to ensure proper functionality and performance.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.

• Conduct site surveys to assess CCTV installation needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Assist clients with system upgrades and expansions as needed.

• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including all changes made to systems.

• Provide training to clients on the use and maintenance of CCTV systems.

• Stay updated with advancements in CCTV technology and industry trends.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or similar role.

• Technical knowledge of CCTV systems, including analog and IP cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and video management software.

• Familiarity with networking principles and protocols.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.

• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift equipment, and work in various weather conditions if necessary.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCTV installation certification) preferred.
