🔎 Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Proposal & Tender Design Engineer experienced in Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and wastewater management solutions. The ideal candidate will prepare technical proposals, perform cost estimations, ensure compliance with industry standards, and collaborate closely with clients and internal teams.

💡 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of tender submissions, technical proposals, and cost estimates for STP/ETP projects.

• Design sustainable and efficient wastewater treatment solutions.

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.

• Conduct site visits for assessments and technical feasibility studies.

• Manage vendor and supplier evaluations for optimal project execution.

• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

🧠 Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of STP, ETP, and wastewater treatment technologies.

• Proficient in BOQ preparation, budgeting, and technical documentation.

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Project coordination and risk management expertise.

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

• Degree: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Science.

• (Master’s or relevant certifications will be a plus.)

• Experience: 2-5 years in the wastewater treatment sector (design and tendering focus).
