Academic Counsellor

We are looking for a dedicated Academic Counsellor with expertise in the education sector to join our team at Prizma Academy in Jaipur, located at Raja Park. In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting cold calls to potential audiences and following up with current leads to maintain strong relationships. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹35000 along with a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential students over the phone to sell online distance learning courses like MBA from the colleges like NMIMS college, mumbai, Amity college, Manipal college and many more.

• Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.

• Document customer details, reactions, and feedback for future reference.

• Build good connections with customers, listen and address their questions to maximize engagement.

• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining call quality and compliance standards.
  

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 6 months+ of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Hindi and English. This position requires Graduate and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
