Job Description
1. Tele Sales Support:
Handle telephonic inquiries, and proactively convert leads into prospective walk-ins.
2. Dues Follow-Up:
Track and follow up on pending payments from students.
3. Student Monitoring:
o Keep track of students on hold or those not attending regularly.
o Maintain and regularly update the attendance register for all students.
4. Batch Creation and Communication:
o Create and manage batches as per schedules.
o Set up and maintain WhatsApp groups for seamless batch communication.
5. Meet-Ups and Referrals:
o Organize and coordinate meet-ups for students and their referrals.
o Encourage students to bring in references for new enrollments.
6. Student Induction:
Arranging and executing orientation sessions for new students to ensure smooth on boarding.
7. Branch Activities Coordination: Support branch activities, including events and workshops.
Gathering and collecting Events or workshops Photographs and submitting for Social Media post.
