Job Description

  • Understand customer need and handle their queries

  • Generate leads and make calls to potential customers

We are seeking a dedicated and sincere individual to manage day-to-day office administration tasks and assist in client interactions. This role involves managing the database, making calls to prospective clients to introduce our company and services, meeting clients to explain our products, and handling walk-ins at our display center. It is not a target-based role, but calling prospective clients is an integral part of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration: Manage daily office tasks, organize data, and maintain records efficiently.
Client Communication: Call prospective clients to introduce the company and its offerings.
Client Meetings: Meet prospective clients to provide detailed information about our products and services.
Display Center Management: Handle walk-in clients at the display center, giving them a thorough briefing about the products.
Database Management: Maintain and update the client database with relevant information.
Email Correspondence: Send company profiles and other required information to clients promptly.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work sincerely and with dedication.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Previous experience in client handling or office administration is an advantage.
