Admission Counsellor

Join our team as a dedicated Admission Counsellor with a strong background in Education in Hyderabad, S.R. Nagar. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract Students, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹25000 in an engaging and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential Students to introduce & generate sales of our services.

• Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with Students effectively and close sales.

• Accurately record Students information for future reference.

• Develop and maintain strong Students relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.

• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.

• Provide insights on Students preferences to aid in refining future sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have 2-5 years of experience in telecalling and Student Counselor with language skills in Hindi, Telugu, English. The role is responsible for addressing Students concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires Graduate and availability to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
