Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team of 10+ members, ensuring individual and team sales targets are met or exceeded.
Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance team performance and drive business growth.
Provide on going coaching and support to team members to develop their skills and ensure high performance.
Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular feedback to team members and MD.
Foster a positive and supportive team culture, ensuring high morale and motivation.
Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and training sessions to improve team knowledge and skills.
Handle client interactions and sales-related queries when needed.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the sales team.
Manage administrative tasks including sales reports, team scheduling, and performance tracking.
Coordinate with the Managing Director (MD) to align on sales strategies, report on team performance, and implement business development initiatives.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a team leader role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams.
Ability to handle and work effectively with a team of girls, fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make decisions that impact the team’s success.
Age between 30 to 45 years.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience managing a large team (10+ members).
