This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract new customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships. The role offers 15000-20000+ Incentives in an engaging and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.

• Candidate must have experince in Sales at any Ayurveda Company.

• Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales.

• Accurately record customer information, including purchases, reactions, and preferences for future reference.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.

• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.

• Provide insights on customer preferences to aid in refining future sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have min 2 Years of experience in Ayurvedic telecalling or Sales experience with language skills in Hindi & English. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires 12th Pass and availability to work 6 Day during the 9:00 Am to 6:00 Pm shift.
