United Solar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to oversee our dynamic sales team. This role requires a proactive approach to drive sales, mentor telecallers, and ensure sales targets are met. Lead, train, and mentor the telecalling sales team to improve performance.
Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team achieves them.
Track and evaluate team calls, providing constructive feedback for better conversion rates.
Assist in handling high-value leads and closing sales efficiently.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with field sales, warehouse, transport, and finance teams for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate reports on team performance, sales, and customer feedback.
Stay updated with industry trends and provide insights for sales growth.
Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Experience: 2-5 years in telesales, sales leadership, or customer service. Experience in solar or renewable energy is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities in Hindi & English.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000/month + incentives up to ₹25,000
