We are seeking an enthusiastic BPO Telecaller to bring their Loan/ Credit Card expertise to our team at Shreshrey Card Services Private Limited in Noida, Sector 63 Noida. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹11000 - ₹18000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.
Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.
Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.

The candidate should bring 0-0.5 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Hindi. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Below 10th is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
