We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, pitching our products/services, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/database.
Explain and promote products/services to customers and persuade them to make a purchase.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in the CRM.
Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for improved strategies.
Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Experience: Prior experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention languages if required].
