Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Intern at our Mumbai location. As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for various tasks related to lead generation, market research, and customer service. You will also support the business solutions team in driving leadership, sales, communication skills, and team bonding projects.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience in lead generation and market research

Customer service orientation and ability to build relationships

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

Understanding of HR services and industry

Knowledge of business process outsourcing

Familiarity with sales and communication techniques
