JobSummary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team at Legpregmatism Law firm, specializing in trademark law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and promoting our trademark services. As part of the sales team, you will work to grow the firm’s clientele by reaching out to businesses and entrepreneurs who may require trademark registration, protection, and enforcement services.

KeyResponsibilities:

LeadGeneration&Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs who may require trademark law services, such as trademark registration, protection, and infringement matters.

ClientEducation: Explain the firm's trademark services clearly and persuasively, helping potential clients understand the importance of protecting their brand and intellectual property.

FollowupCalls: Consistently follow up with leads and clients who have shown interest to ensure high conversion rates.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients through continuous communication, addressing questions and concerns.

SalesTargets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by converting leads into clients and fostering a steady pipeline of new business.

MarketResearch: Stay informed about current trends in trademark law and the competitive landscape to better address client needs.

Qualifications:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage potential clients effectively.

SalesOrientation: Strong sales ability with a passion for exceeding targets and growing business opportunities.

KnowledgeofTrademark Law: Basic knowledge of trademark law and intellectual property is a plus, but training can be provided.

CRMProficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

OrganizationalSkills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle a high volume of calls.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.

Persuasive and confident communicator.
