Job Description

Join our team as a dedicated Business Development Executive with a strong background in B2B sales in Hyderabad, Begumpet. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract new customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships. The role offers very good salary in an engaging and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.

  • Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales.

  • Accurately record customer information, including purchases, reactions, and preferences for future reference.

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.

  • Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.

  • Provide insights on customer preferences to aid in refining future sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have 1+ years of experience in telesales or Business development experience with language skills in English . The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires atleast intermediate with excellent communication and availability to work 5 Days per week during the Night shift.
