Job Description

Job Title: College Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced College Coordinator to act as a liaison between our company and various educational institutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Training and Placement Officers (TPOs) and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain relationships with TPOs of various colleges to promote our company's training programs.

2. Schedule training programs and ensure smooth execution.

3. Act as an intermediary between colleges and our company to enhance our network and presence in educational institutions.

4. Build and maintain a strong rapport with TPOs and other stakeholders.

5. Work closely with colleges on 'Campus Connects' and 'Placements' initiatives.

6. Identify and convince colleges to partner with our company for training programs.

7. Develop and maintain a repository of college connections and networks.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build strong relationships with TPOs and other stakeholders

- Strong networking skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Fluency in English and Telugu

- Comfortable working in a competitive, results-driven environment

- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
