Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients.

• Present products/services and explain their value to decision-makers.

• Identify business needs and offer suitable solutions

• Maintain and update CRM with call records and client interactions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

• Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.

• Handle objections and negotiate effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or customer service.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
