Business Development Executive

TRAVEL CONSULTANT

1. Client Consultation:

Meet with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.

Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodation, and activities.

Offer recommendations for travel insurance, visas, and other travel-related requirements.

2. Itinerary Planning :

Design and prepare personalized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities.

Research and book travel services such as flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.

Ensure that itineraries align with clients' preferences and budget constraints.

3. Booking Management:

Process and confirm bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.

Manage changes and cancellations, and resolve any issues that arise during the booking process.

Ensure all travel documents are accurate and provided to clients in a timely manner..

4. Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and during travel.

Address and resolve any client inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.

Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Market Knowledge:

Stay informed about industry trends, new travel products, and destination updates.

Attend training sessions, trade shows, and travel seminars to enhance knowledge and skills.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and transactions.

Prepare reports and analysis on sales performance and client preferences.

Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and issuing refunds.
