-Previous experience in a customer support role (inbound/Outbound).
-Having any good achievements at past job.
-Familiarity with Excel or Internet surfing practices.
-Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
-Minimum 1 Year of experience as a telecaller or any similar role.
-Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
