Pathcom is looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANGER with a minimum of 2 years proven track record in any Telecom & Internet companies. The BUSINESS MANAGER has to sell INTERNET LEASED LINE service through Direct Client visits and subsequent follow-ups.

JOB DESCRIPTION
•
Selling of products and services (Networking, IT, Internet, Surveillance) by establishing contact by doing cold calls by visiting client places, tele-calling, email and developing relationships with prospects.
•
Acquiring new clients for business growth and meeting the required monthly/quarterly sales targets.
•
Recommending solution and products with the relevant input from technical team
•
Closing the complete sales cycle by taking the work-order/work contract from clients
•
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, recommending & looking for new opportunities.
•
Coordinating with Delivery team for Supply and installation of the products/services
•
Achieving the monthly/Quarterly targets, Sending Daily reports, weekly funnel reports.
SKILLS REQUIRED
•
Basic understanding of Network, Communication, IT and Surveillance Products & Services.
•
Walk-in sales opportunity creation, Sending the proposals and Follow-ups
•
Sales hunting, Customer Interactions, Client Relationships, Negotiation & Presentation Skills
•
Fluency in English and Regional languages.
•
Graduates with relevant Industry experience of a minimum 2 years with a proven track record is preferred.

Working days: 6 days a week
Annual CTC Budget for experienced candidates: 3.6 to 4.2 Lakhs + Incentives
