We are seeking an enthusiastic Client Relationship Manager to bring their B2B Sales expertise to our team at Alliancegrow Staffing Private Limited in Mohali, Phase-2 Mohali. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹18000 - ₹35000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.
Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.
Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.
Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.
Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should bring 1 - 5 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Hindi, Punjabi. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Graduate is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
