Counsellor

We are seeking an enthusiastic Tele Counselor to bring their Education expertise to our team at Sikkha Educational Advisory Solutions in Kolkata, Minto Park. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.

• Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.

• Record students data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.

• Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.

• Analyze students' feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.

Job Requirements:

• The candidate should bring minimum 6 months of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Hindi, Bengali & English.

• Handle students issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary.

• A Graduate is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
