Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Health Counselor to provide personalized health consultations to clients and promote wellness solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for helping clients achieve their health goals. The ideal candidate will manage client interactions, maintain accurate records using CRM tools, and collaborate effectively with the team to meet objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct, on-call health consultations to assess clients’ health status and provide tailored wellness advice.
- Achieve target-based goals, ensuring high client satisfaction and meeting set objectives.
- Maintain and update client data using CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-ups.
- Utilize MS Office tools to prepare reports, manage schedules, and communicate efficiently with team members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective engagement and support.
- Apply voice modulation techniques and strong interpersonal skills to ensure professional and pleasant communication with clients.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure ongoing support and achieve client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and meet overall goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, health sciences, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in client health advisory or related roles in the health and wellness industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear, confident, and friendly presence.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for client management.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, handle client objections, and offer effective solutions.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
