Counsellor

1. Make outbound calls to potential students or clients to promote courses and services.

2. Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed program and admission information.

3. Counsel students on career options and help them choose suitable courses or institutions.

4. Follow up with leads and maintain engagement until conversion.

5. Maintain accurate records of calls, counselling sessions, and student data.

6. Assist students with the admission process, documentation, and other formalities.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

8. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing of admissions.

9. Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

10. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for inquiries, conversions, and enrollments.
