Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Customer-Facing Associate with expertise in the Fintech sector to join our team at Audit Edge in Hyderabad, located at T-Hub, Gachibowli. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships.

The position offers a dynamic opportunity to work closely with the core team of a high-growth startup and contribute directly to customer engagement, lead conversion, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communication

• Conduct cold calls to generate leads and drive conversions

• Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities

• Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activity

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and improve customer experience

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles or business development preferred

• Energetic, target-driven, and passionate about the startup ecosystem

• Must be available to work from the office (T-Hub, Hyderabad) full-time
