Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations to provide tailored solutions.
Coordinate internally with creative, production, marketing, or technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Manage client accounts, maintain regular communication, and proactively address any concerns or issues.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, focusing on retention and growth.
Prepare project briefs, proposals, timelines, and reports for clients.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns/projects meet client goals and budgets.
Track client feedback and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
