We are looking for a dedicated Customer Serves - Sales and Retention with expertise in the BPO - Customer Service sector to join our team at Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships.
Shift Timing - 24/7 (Any 9 Hour shift with one way Cab Facility)
Week Off - 2 Rotational off
Salary - Max 30K (Depending Upon last drawn)
Educational Qualification - HSC/Graduate with Minimum 6 months of Experience into Customer Service
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales.
Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.
Document customer details, purchase history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.
Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.
Create a report on customer preferences, trends, and sales obstacles to enhance future sales strategies.
