Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Telesales Executive to join our team at ILeads Auxiliary in Gurgaon, located at Sector -18, Udyog Vihar. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales.

• Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.

• Document customer details, purchase history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.

• Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.

• Maintaining call quality and compliance standards.
