  • Understand customer need and handle their queries
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
  • Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
  • Manage time to handle multiple calls
 Make outbound calls to prospective customers
 Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information about the
products/services offered.
 Explain the features and benefits of products/services to potential clients.
 Upsell or cross-sell products/services based on client requirements.
 Handle objections and concerns effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
 Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
 Follow up on leads and prospects, ensuring consistent communication and
timely response.
 Achieve sales targets.
 Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to
ensure satisfaction.
 Provide feedback to the management on customer insights and market
trends.
