Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive with expertise in the Loan/ Credit Card sector to join our team at Wisemen Realty Consultant Llp in Mumbai, located at Mira Road East. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹12000 along with a dynamic work environment.Office Timing: 11.00am to 6.00pmKey Responsibilities:Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales. Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales. Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in customer service or a tele caller role and should be proficient in any language. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Below 10th, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
