Customer Relationship Associate

THE ROLE

 We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales and Relationship Intern to join our team. You will work closely with the sales and customer success teams, assisting in lead generation, nurturing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. What You'll Do

• Handling incoming and outgoing call.

• Communicating with existing customer through call and chats for upsell/cross-sell products.

• Taking feedback call.

• Follow-up with leads via phone or email to maintain ongoing communication.

• Update CRM systems with lead and customer information.

• Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.

• Work closely with sales and customer success teams to align on targets and objectives.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with Freshers.
