Customer Service
• Responsible for resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution
Generate Sales leads
• Deliver on all agreed KPIs with adherence to pre-defined Scope of Plan to run store operations smoothly.
Compliance
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures & expected code of conduct.
• Ensure completion of store operational requirements
