Customer Relationship Manager

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for follow-ups, feedback, and lead generation.

• Handle inbound calls and resolve client queries professionally and efficiently.

• Maintain and update customer database (CRM software) with accurate and timely information.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth flow of information.

• Schedule appointments and follow-ups for field executives or senior sales staff.

• Share company/product information with clients and assist them in the buying journey.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Handle basic documentation and support tasks related to client accounts.

• Prepare daily/weekly call reports and share insights with the management team.
