Sales Experience: 0 to 2 years

Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Customer Service Executives (Female Candidates Only) to join our team . As a Customer Service Executive, you will proactively reach out to potential customers, introduce and promote our products, and play a key role in driving sales growth to achieve team targets. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with a strong interest in Customer Relationship Management.

Candidates who are fluent in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada have a chance of being selected, but English communication skills are a must. If you're confident in your communication skills and eager to contribute to a growing company, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products and services.

 Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide detailed information about various offerings.

 Provide clear and accurate explanations of product features, benefits, and terms.

 Ensure all communication with customers is recorded accurately in the CRM system.

 Follow-up with potential leads and customers for conversions.

 Maintain a positive relationship with customers and address any queries or concerns they may have.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.

Key Requirements:

 Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

 Ability to influence and persuade customers.

 Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

 Ability to handle customer rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

 Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

 Should be comfortable with making a high volume of calls.

Preferred Skills:

 Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

 Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
