Answering customer inquiries: Addressing customer questions about products, services, billing, account details, and order status through phone calls, emails, or live chat.
Complaint resolution: Investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer interaction management: Documenting customer interactions, maintaining detailed records of conversations and issues in CRM systems.
Technical troubleshooting: Assisting customers with basic technical issues related to products or services, escalating complex problems to relevant teams when necessary.
Sales support: Identifying potential upselling opportunities and providing information to customers about additional products or services.
Customer retention: Building rapport with customers, proactively addressing concerns to maintain customer loyalty.
