Job Description:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).Excellent verbal communication skills Hindi and Tamil
(Must) (Multilingual) Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship management systems and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different expectations of customers.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Prior experience in Customer Service industry (Preferred – not must).
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer delight.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.\
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Provide appropriate solutions to customer complaints within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Go the extra mile to engage customers.
Ready to work in Night shifts and rotational shift and otational week off as per roster requirement. (Flexible).
