Job Description:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).Excellent verbal communication skills Hindi and Tamil

  • (Must) (Multilingual) Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening.

  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship management systems and practices.

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different expectations of customers.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Prior experience in Customer Service industry (Preferred – not must).

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer delight.

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.\

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

  • Provide appropriate solutions to customer complaints within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution.

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Go the extra mile to engage customers.

  • Ready to work in Night shifts and rotational shift and otational week off as per roster requirement. (Flexible).
